Instructions
  1. Cook 1 cup of mung däl and 3 cups of rice in a separate vessel.
  2. Fry masala in mustard seed oil: 2# Cloves 2 tbsp Asafetida water
  3. Add pumpkin pieces & salt and cook (if needed add little water)
  4. When 80% cooked add: 1 cup of beaten yogurt 1 tbsp Fennel powder ½ tbsp Ginger Powder 1 tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  5. Add it to already cooked rice and däl and cook it for another 5-10 min
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
