  1. Cook 1 cup of mung däl and 3 cups of rice in a separate vessel.
  2. Cut and boil jackfruit 80% with 1 tbsp salt
  3. Then deep fry it till becomes golden brown & put aside.
masala:
  1. 2# bay leaves put in ghee till become brown in color ½ tsp Asafetida Add bata (wet masala) and fry till becomes brow and fragrant 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp ginger paste Grind with little water (wet paste)
  2. add little water & add salt and jackfruit
  3. Cook for 5 min
  4. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and cook 'till jackfruit is ready, all water disappears and ghee comes on the top
  5. Then remove from fire
  6. add ½ tsp garam masala (do not mix it - leave it on the top for 5-10 min with covered lid)
  7. Then add 1 tsp sugar and mix it with already boiled rice & däl
  8. Coriander leaves optional.
