  1. First fry masala in ghee:
  2. 4 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp Asafetida 4# red chilies 4 tsp Ginger Few curry leaves
  3. Add 1/4 cup mung däl and fry for 5 min
  4. Add water, salt , vegetables
  5. later on add 4 cup of broken wheat & cook till ready
  6. 4 tsp lemons juice at the end.
