  1. 3 cups of rice and 1 cup of mung däl boil in a vessel
  2. In a separate pan add ghee and fry masala:
  3. 1 tbsp mustard seeds 3# cloves 2# cinnamon sticks 2 # stars (anis) 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder (or pepper powder)
  4. Add vegetables, salt and fry on masala 'till 80% cooked
  5. Add ripen pineapple pieces and 2 tbsp sugar candy & cook for 10 min
  6. Add tomato puree and cook 'till veg. are ready.
  7. When ghee appears on the top add to rice and däl And cook for another 5 -10 min.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
