  1. Cook 1 cup of mung däl and 3 cups of rice.
  2. In another pan add Cauliflower, green Pease, carrot, beans
  3. Fry 80% cut veg. in small quantity of ghee and put aside
  4. Fry masala: 3 tbsp ginger & green chili paste and fry 3-5 min
  5. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1 1/2 cup tomato puree and cook till ready
  6. Then add 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder (or black pepper powder)
  7. Add salt & vegetables
  8. After first boiling together add 10# cashew nut paste 1/2 cup of yogurt Add paneer 1 tbsp lightly dry fried and crushed cumin seeds
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
