  1. 3 cups of rice and 1 cup of mung däl 1 cup of cut carrot and beetroot boil in a vessel
  2. In a separate pan fry lady fingers in mustard seed oil and keep aside
  3. In the same pan fry masala:
  4. 1 tbsp panch phoran then add previously grinded paste1: 1" ginger 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp pepper corns
  5. 1 tbsp panch phoran then add previously grinded paste1: 1" ginger 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp pepper corns
  6. Then add previously kept for 10 min in hot water & then wet grinded 1 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. Add lady fingers and salt and cook for 10-15 min on law flame
  8. Then add it to kitcheri and cook for another 5 min
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
