  1. Cook 1 cup of mung/toovar däl and 3 cups of rice
  2. In a separate pan fry masala: 2 # cardamoms 2 # bay leaves 3 # cloves 1 tbsp ginger grated 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
  3. Add veg. Salt and cook till ready without Adding water
  4. When cooked add 1 cup beaten curd
  5. Add to boiled rice and dhal and cook for 5-10 min.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
