  1. 1 cup of mung däl and 3 cups of rice cook together
  2. In the main time deep fry lady fingers and keep aside.
  3. Fry masala: 0.2 l mustard oil ½ tsp Cumin 2# Cloves ¼ asafetida
  4. Add masala
  5. Wet masala:
  6. Mix the following powder masalas in the 1/2 cup of water
  7. 1 tsp Kashmiri chili power 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Dry Ginger powder ½ tsp Fennel powder ½ tsp Garam masala
  8. After masala gets thick and water evaporated then add deep fried vegetables, steer for a while and then add tamarind juice and cook for some time.
  9. 100 g tamarind in 0.6 l water, 2 tsp sugar
  10. When ghee appears on the top add to rice and dhal
  11. And cook for another 5 -10 min.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
