Instructions
  1. 3 cups of rice and 1 cup of mung dhal boil in a vessel
  2. In a separate pan fry lady fingers and keep aside.
  3. Fry masala: 1 tbsp Panch phoran 2# bay leaves 2# red chillies 2# green chillies 2 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp poppy seed paste 1 cup cut tomatoes 1 tbsp turmeric 1 1/2 cumin powder 2 tbsp coriander powder
  4. Add salt and lady fingers and cook for another 10 minutes
  5. At the end add 1 tbsp bengali garam masala powder
  6. When ghee appears on the top add rice and dhal
  7. And cook for another 5 -10 min.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
