  1.  3 cups of rice and 1 cup of mung däl boil in a vessel
  2. In a separate pan add ghee or butter and fry already cut lady fingers 'till the sticky things disappear.
  3. Remove lady fingers and in the same pan add some ghee or butter and fry masala
  4. Masala:
  5. 2 tbsp ginger paste (or ginger and green chili paste) 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  6. Add 1 kg tomatoes pure (boiled and grinded tomatoes)
  7. When cooked add masala powders
  8. Masala powders:
  9. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp garam masala 2 tbsp kasuri methi (dry fry and crush with your palms) 2 tbsp honey
  10. Add lady fingers and salt and cook for 10 min
  11. Add paste made of 100g Cashew-Nuts ( or 2 tbsp poppy seeds)
  12. Cook till ghee appears on the top.
  13. Mix with already cooked rice and dhal.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves.
