Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice
- 1 cup dhal
- 1 tbsp panch phoran
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 red chillies
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp poppy seed paste
- 1 cup tomatoes cut
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1,5 cumin powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp bengali garam masala powder
Instructions
- Grate the cabbage
- mix it with corn flour
- fry it in mustard seed oil and keep aside.
- Masala: 1 tbsp panch phoran 2 bay leaves 2 red chillies 2 green chillies 2 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp poppy seed paste 1 cup cut tomatoes 1 tbsp turmeric 1 1/2 cumin powder 2 tbsp coriander powder
- Add koftas and cook for 10 min
- When ready add to already boiled 3 cups of rice & 1 cup of däl
- At the end add 1 tbsp bengali garam masala powder
- garnish with coriander leaves.
