  2. Fry in ghee cumin, asafetida, ginger grated
  3. Add cauliflower and fry
  4. Add rice and dhal and fry
  5. Add green peas water, turmeric, salt, and boil
  6. Add ghee at the end

    thanks to a lot of recipes. I love Kitchari, Prabhupada diet is real good for healt. I’ve been in 21 years veggie eater. I do at home every day a small sacrifice Gaura Nitay.
