  1.  Soak 1 1/2 cup green mung däl overnight in the water to sprout
  2. Fry masala in ghee: 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1" cinnamon stick
  3. Add cut carrot and cauliflower and fry
  4. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 pepper corn crushed
  5. Add rice and fry for 2 min
  6. Add water, salt and cook when rice is half cooked
  7. add sprouted green mung däl and reduce the flame and cook till rice is done
  8. At the end add 2 tbsp of lemon juice
