Instructions
  1. Fry cauliflower in mustard seed oil Remove and put aside.
  2. In the same oil fry masala: 1 tsp shahi jeera 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  3. Add mung dhal and fry for a few minutes
  4. Add beans then carrot
  5. Add powder masala, little bit of water & salt 1 tsp fennel powder 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp black cardamom seed powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  6. Add rice, and many times add water little by little, mix again and again 'till rice is cooked.
  7. Serve with curd and pappadams
