Instructions
  1. Cook 1 cup of mung däl and 3 cups of rice
  2. Cut green cucumber (big size) in cubes (remove seeds)
  3. Fry masala in a separate pan: 1/3 tbsp fenugreek 1½" cinnamon stick Few curry leaves
  4. Add cut cucumber pieces 1/4 pepper powder 1/4 turmeric powder
  5. Fry two min.
  6. Add ½ cup coconut milk and salt and cook till ready
  7. Mix with already cooked rice and däl , add salt and cook for 5-10 min
