  1. 3 cups of rice and 1 cup of mung däl boil in a vessel
  2. In a separate pan fry paste in coconut oil : 10# curry leaves
  3. Paste: 2 # coconuts grated 3" ginger (or black pepper corns) 3 tbsp poppy seeds 1 tbsp coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 60# raisins
  4. After frying for 5-7 min add coconut milk from 2 coconut Cook for another 10min
  5. When oil appears on the top add to rice and dhal
  6. And cook for another 5 -10 min.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
