Instructions
  1. Grind into paste: 2-3 tbsp grated coconut 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 2-3 # green chillies 1 tbsp bengal gram däl 1 tbsp raw rice
  2. 1 cup of mung däl cook with ash gourd
  3. When half cooked, add 3 cups of rice and salt
  4. When rice is 90% cooked add 2 cups of buttermilk and add the paste.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
