  1. Boil mung däl beans and carrot
  2. Add 4 bay leaves, 2 tsp turmeric, 4 tsp coriander powder and salt
  3. When rice is 90% boiled fry masala
  4. Masala: 1 tbsp mustard seeds 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp Fennel 2 tsp asafetida 8 tsp ginger 4 green chilies Curry leaves
  5. Add tomato in masala
  6. Add yogurt
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves
