  1.  Fry masala in ghee: 1 tbsp cumin seeds 2 # bay leaves 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  2. Add 1 cup of mung däl &vegetables and fry for 5 min 1 tbsp black pepper powder 2 tbsp coriander powder
  3. Add salt and water and cook till dhal is half cooked
  4. Then add rice and when rice is 90% done add paste
Paste:
  1. 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves 1 scrapped coconut 3"-4" ginger pieces Then add 1 cup of yogurt
  2. And cook for 5-10 min.
