  1. Heat the ghee
  2. Add cumin, ajwain ,asafetida and fry ginger paste and turmeric
  3. Add vegetables& mung dhal
  4. Put salt
  5. Cook for some time without adding the water
  6. Add water & cover the pot and cook for some time
  7. Add rice and cook while adding the water little by little
  8. Add coriander powder Subji Powder or Garam Masala powder and pepper powder
  9. Squeeze ½ lemon juice
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves
